We strive to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. Please note that our standard check-in time is at 4 PM. Early check-ins cannot always be guaranteed due to the need for cleaning and ensuring the apartment meets our high standards after the previous guest’s departure at 11 AM.

To secure an early check-in, you may request to pay a fee in advance. This fee allows us to block the night before your arrival and prioritize cleaning and preparation to ensure the apartment is ready for your early arrival.

We understand that sometimes guests may need a later checkout time. While we strive to accommodate requests whenever possible, late checkout availability depends on our current reservations and cleaning schedule. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our prices are quoted excluding VAT. As a tourist in Israel, you are exempt from paying the 17% VAT. To ensure compliance with tax regulations, we request proof of your tourist status. Failure to provide such proof may result in the addition of VAT to your invoice.

Parking is included with all of our short-term rental apartments. Each building has specific parking arrangements, and you will receive detailed parking instructions in your arrival information package.

As a Jewish business, our offices observe Shabbat. We are not reachable from Friday evening to Saturday evening.

A kosher apartment adheres to Jewish dietary laws and standards, ensuring a respectful environment for observant guests. This includes:

Separate Kitchenware: The apartment is equipped with separate sets of dishes, cookware, and utensils for meat and dairy products.

Kosher Beds: Bedding and linens meet kosher standards, ensuring they are clean and free from non-kosher contaminants.

Shabbat Essencials: Some apartments may include Shabbat necessity items such as a hot plate, hot water heater (urn), Shabbat lamps*, and timers for automatic light and appliance control*.

Shabbat Amenities: Apartments are located in Shabbat-friendly buildings with accommodations like Shabbat keys or manual access.

Washing Stations*: Designated washing stations for ritual handwashing (Netilat Yadayim).

Negel Vasser Cups: Provided for ritual handwashing upon waking.

Our kosher apartments are maintained to uphold these religious requirements, providing a comfortable and compliant space for guests observing Jewish laws and traditions.

Please note that regarding the items marked with an asterix (*), not all apartments may have these features by default. However, we are happy to facilitate these amenities upon request to ensure your stay meets your religious and dietary needs.
