By accessing and using WSuites.co.il, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services.

WSuites.co.il offers luxury short-term rental apartments, property management, and concierge services in Jerusalem. Our services are designed to provide a high-quality experience for our clients.

• All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made prior to your arrival.
• Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

Guests must comply with all house rules and guidelines provided upon check-in.

The property must be used solely for residential purposes.

Any damage caused to the property by the guest will be the guest's responsibility and may result in additional charges.

HOUSE RULES

These rules apply to all WSuites properties:

Energy Conservation: Please turn off the heater and air conditioning when you leave the apartment. This helps prevent the AC from overheating and malfunctioning, ensuring it remains in good working order for your comfort. Excessive use may also incur additional charges.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Additionally, please do not leave or throw cigarette butts off the balcony or in the common areas of the building.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise at any time. Quiet hours are particularly important in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

Respect the Space: Although a cleaning fee is included, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in good condition out of respect for our next guests.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.

Standard Reservations

Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 to 29 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Reservations

Some reservations may be labeled as non-refundable. For these bookings, no refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation date.

Early Departures

If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in, the remaining nights will not be refunded.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In cases of serious illness, natural disasters, or other emergencies, please contact us directly. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking or service engagement.

Availability and Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Deposit Requirement: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation. In exceptional cases, guests may receive credit for future bookings.

Balance Payment: The remaining 80% balance is due 10 days before the check-in date. If booking within 10 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Full Payment: Full payment must be completed prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our policy. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

For all bookings, we require credit card information as a security measure:

Premium and Luxury Apartments: Credit card information required.

Penthouses: Credit card information required.

*Your credit card information will only be used in the event of damages to the property during your stay. No charges will be made unless necessary.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.
• Please note that all Israeli citizens are subjec to a 17%VAT that is not included in the price. 

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• WSuites is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or property owners during their stay or while using our services.
• We are not responsible for any interruptions in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or technical issues.

WSuites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
